Since 1985, the MPM Group has been creating landmark projects. The MPM Quality Inn Residency right outside Nampally was driven by the need then to offer a safe and reliable stay option right outside the Railway Station. The MPM Mall in Abids was in fact the first mall in Hyderabad anchoring Big Bazaar with a foot fall of over 10,000 people per day. With over 30 projects and 5 million sq.ft, MPM had carved out a legacy of its own.
